Quality of Rash Vest

I am very disappointed in the quality of your rash vest. I purchased one for mu son just iver 2 years ago and he cannot make use of it now. The stretch is all out and now seems to look like a dress. Compared to the quality of another vest I bought him. I am very disappointed and WILL NOT buy billabong again
