As I told him get me a access to other gyms as I'm relocating as I'm bound to start a new job, found a job in East London went back to the branch 4/5days after was told to bring a letter which I did the same day, then was told otherwise when I went back yet again was told I have lapsed the cooling off period which is 5days, told that I wasn't sure with that account yet your guy wrote it even the numbers are filled wrong they didn't have any care, I emailed, called no one bothered to reply. I'm now in East London and the only gym avail is in Cape town close to 300km away.
