This is not my first complaint in this regard in fact i have emailed the actual gum in Sep/Oct already and was assured it was resolved but guess not so maybe following this route wil help.
I went to use the sun bed today and again there was no glasses available.
When i want to use the glasses i have to give in my gym membership card. But today there were no glasses and guess what no card was taken. Like mentioned before this encourages people to the glasses so that least when you come you have a pair to use.
Secondly it is double standards as i have to give in my gym card but others clearly dont. and then i was assured it is company policy to ask for the card when giving out glasses. if so then staff are not trained in the policies as it is not being carried out.
I understand people but thats why there are policies in place. and quite frankly i dont blame them for as at least now hey will always have glasses wereas i DONT.
