My name is siyabonga Mhlongo i gym at Maponya mall, i would like to complain about the service that the staff there give us. Their attitude is foul and i do not think most of them have been trained on client liaison because they really are not living the VA values. I am a body builder and have been told by the stuff not to pick up heavy weights cos i make noise, i do not disturb anyone and just do my thing but being told to put down the 50kg dumbbell coz "You guys make noise when you lift heavy" is really. I have also complained about the type of music they play in the morning, i meaning i train at 5 for personal reasons and for me to get there and listen to a whole Celina dion album no guys not cool guys. If you are having issues at home keep it there. i mean these guys also have opened at 5:15 - 5:20 and that's 20 minutes gone from my workout and when they open no news about what was going on no apology nothing just attitude. I really love the club as it is close to my house and convinient for me but you guys have to step it up coz there is another gym at the Mall if it was not coz of my vitality would have quit a long time ago.
