Firstly this is not my first complaint about Brightwater Commons and everytime that i do complain to management it is not handled in the way i want it to be. Yesterday at about 5.15pm, my friend and i were training in the powerplate, there were no scheduled classes to be held in the Powerplate, at about 5.30 Sonnette comes to the powerplate and advises that she is holding a bums & tums class, i advised her that we are not part of the class, she then has an attitude and advises that we must keep it down, thereafter i said to her there was no class here and please sont speak to me in that way, her daughter says to me that i should calm down, she then tells her class that clearly someone had a bad day, i ignored her and carried on with the workout, and snide remarks were coming from her daughter and herself, which i ignored, on leaving her daughter says to me "Dont' forget to complain" i just walked out and went to management, Tarryn did call me in the evening to advise that she said she did not say those things and need to investigate. and call me tomorrow, till now u have not received a call from management and everything is always swept under the carpet, mnagment def needs to change
