Delivery of incorrect and expired stock

Ordered Optimum Nutrition on the site.
they delivered the incorrect flavour and it is expired
spoke to Gareth, who mailed us back saying his supplier will contact us, but nothing yet (over a week back)

this is the second time they delivered the incorrect item
the last time - we did not have stock so this was the closest!!!
can you not let the client know and ask if there is something else they would prefer???
