I also got a problem, I've visited the facility twice to sort out this issue, and sent emails.

I use to live in the area and moved a few months ago, since then I tried to freeze or put my account on hold as I no longer need to use it and to prevent further deductions or falling into arrears, I can not settle the hole amount at once to close the account, but nobody are able to help me and my name is going to suffer the consequences
