I was signed up as a member in Cresta shopping centre for the Brightwaters commons Gym. My contract stated explicitly that the amount that will be deducted monthly is R399.00, yet an amount of R449.00 went off my account. I have called the call centre to complain, spoken to Rodney at Brightwater Commons gym, who tried his utmost best to resolve it. But this month the same amount of R449.00 was deducted from my account!!! They mislead you in their sign up campaigns and then have the audacity to debit more than what your contract states. I had no phone call from anybody to explain what the process regarding this mistake is going to be, and if I now have the option to decide if I want to terminate my contract.
