I purchased a Timex Ironman Road Trainer - T5K348 watch on 09/10/2013 for R526 as advertised on [URL Removed] and was then refunded on 10/10/2013. I called the Sales Support : 0861 999 771, and the lady said that there was no stock, however new stock will be arriving between 10/10/2013 - 12/10/2013, but the price will be R999 and not R526 as advertised on their website.
I feel that in terms of good customer relations, I should be getting the watch for R526 and not R999 when new stock arrives, which will be in the next day or two.
Also if you log nto their webite now, the watch is being advertised for R526 and you can make immediate payment?
