No clarification on parking
merely an apology for inconvenience
previous promises of parking when past events resulted in our parking being taken away by stadium management, was not honoured
Now we are merely advised that they apologise for the inconvenience BUT don't even offer any parking directive
Absolutely frustrating training at this gym
No use the gym is open, but member are not able to enter
Our complaints are ignored
poor customer service for premium rates
What is VA planning to do???
do you even care that we are severely inconvenienced, pay the higher rate and are directed to use clubs 15-20 kms away
wrote to management and pro on 30/08/2013 seeking clarification... still no response or courtesy of acknowledgement
the only time we get a response, is when posted here
