Customer Service should be a group workout!

I had decided to re-join the gym, so last week I filled out an online call back request and was of the opinion "This is just one of those online gimmicks to get your information". But I was pleasantly surprised when Nadine call me and we discussed the reason for me leaving and re-joining and my concerns and needs. She was helpful, informative and encouraging. She referred to a sales person at N1 City for Thursday afternoon meeting 17:30. Once I arrived at the gym I was greeted with friendly, welcoming faces and Shaheed advised Christopher will be assisting me. I was tremendously impressed with the service provided by Christopher.
Though by his own admission he was fairly new at his job he did brilliantly at answering all question and putting me at ease WRT to my concerns. I had to go back to register my son on Monday but had forgotten a few things and he patiently advised it can be done the next day. On Tuesday afternoon I received a text message from Christopher just to enquire whether all was well and to remind to register my son. At this follow-up I advised Christopher the personal touch he adds to his service delivery was astonishingly impressive. Thank you Christopher :)
