Isn't it ridiculous how a fitness center can stalk you to join, but give absolutely NO response what so ever if you need assistance with transferring membership or query about cancellation of a contract.
I have sent 4 emails just to find out what protocol is should I decide to cancel my membership and have had absolutely no correspondence from the party. I find this absolutely horrifying.
