Stationery goods were advertised in Game leaflet foir specials dated 24-30 April. Visited Game Brits< could not find it on the shelves. Went to the info counter, there were no one to help. Went to the customer service counter, they called Elizabeth on the intercom. Waited for about 15 minutes until Elizabeth came, immediately had an attitude as if I am disturbing her. She walked slowly to the stationery lane and slowly back to me, with the response they dont have it. I was not happy with this, they called the manager, who also walked towards me as if she is not eager to help me, very slow. I cannot understand that someone like that is appointed as a manager. She also could not help me find the goods that I want. They took my number, they phoned me back on Monday 29 April, only to tell me that they still dont have it. This is not the first time that I have a bad experience with Game Brits. Their service is pathetic, to say the least.
