On Wednesday, 24 April I visited the Forever New store in Blue Route. On the sale rack, under the 'R195 & under' sign was a group of blouses. All had different prices on, even though they were the same shirt. I called a shop assistant over to ask her what the correct price was, and her response to me was 'HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW' and walked away abruptly to continue unpacking. I was a bit taken aback by this, and was still without an answer, so I asked her again, this time her response to me was 'LISTEN LADY, I AM NOT HERE TO PICK A FIGHT WITH YOU' and then stormed off again.
I have never in my life been treated so rudely, and when I complained to their head office and facebook page, I have received no answer from anyone and have been blatantly ignored. I will never shop at that shop again. It is disgusting how they treat people there.
