I PURCHASED A COAT AND PANTS FROM THE PAVILION BRANCH ON THE 14/04/13 TO USE ON THE 20/04/13 FOR A FUNCTION ON THE 20TH I STEAM IRONED THE PANTS AND COAT ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE ITEMS TURNED BLUE WITH INK PATCHES ON THE MATERIAL. THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM AS ITS A MANUFACTURING FAULT! SALES ASSISTANT JACKIE TOLD ME I NEED TO WAIT 2WEEKS UNTILL SHE HAS FEEDBACK SHE KNOWS ME IM A REGULAR CUSTOMER IVE BEEN PURCHASING FROM THE GATEWAY AND PAVILION BRANCH FOR ABOUT - 5 YEARS! SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. TODAY 22/04/13 THE SET IS STILL AT PAVILION IT HASNT WENT FOR THE TESTING YET THATS R1100 OF MY MONEY AND I DONT EVEN HAVE THE GOODS! I CALLED THE H/O AND SPOKE TO A LADY NAMED ELAINE SHE COULDNT ASSIST ME EITHER, "ITS THE FIRST TIME IM HEARING OF THIS COMPLAINT" IF IT WASNT FAULTY I WOULDNT COMPLAIN I LIKE THE BRAND AND STYLE! IM A CUSTOMER PLACING A COMPLAINT AND SHE SAYS: "OH YOU COMPLAINING ABT MY STAFF" I COMPLAINED BECAUSE IM UNHAPPY ABOUT THE SERVICE I RECIEVED FROM JACKIE YOU DONT ROLL YOUR EYES AT CUSTOMERS, YOU ATTEMPT TO SOLVE THEIR ISSUE! AS PER CPA I SHOULD BE GIVEN A REFUND I REFUSE FOR LIFE TO MAKE ME WAIT FOR 2 WEEKS FOR THEIR POOR MATERIAL QUALITY! SERVICE!
