On Friday 19 April 2013 (LAST WEEK THREE DAYS AGO) I bought a decoder from your Brits Mall store. I was told it was sold fully installed and that I should contact a man by the name of Oupa (cellular number 076 702 2585) to arrange installation. I did so and he said he would install it the following day (Saturday). He had not arrived or contacted me so I called him around 14h00 and was told that he could not come as "he had taken the liberty of having his car serviced". I asked him if he could come the following day and he said that he would see if his car was finished and let me know. When I complained he said that he does not want to deal with me I must get someone else.
