Tomorrow a week ago I posted a complaint on Hello Peter regarding my refund. No one contacted me to arrange the refund. This will be the last time I will try to get my refund from Hi Fi. My next step will be legal. It's now been months of calling and spoke to 3 different people at Hifi Centurion. If HIFI refuse to refund me money taken illegally from my account, I can even send the police over. This is not a threat. I need action to be taken TODAY.
