Will i be able to do a buyback again

Hi there i would just like to know the followoing. A while ago i did a buy back from the shop in Tokai. Unfortunatley i coudnt pay the item anymore. So i wnat to do another transaction again will i be able to do a buyback again or will the previous one count against me.
