Last night we walk into Game Canal Walk, browsing and shopping. We come across the ideal sippy cup in the baby isle, we query the price with the consultant in the isle, and she advises the price is R9.99 we endevour to confirm the price and she confirms it is R10/ R9.99. We then take two. We get to the till to make payment, and then discover the price to be R99.99 the cashier Nomava proceeds to laugh about it, and calls Colleen. Colleen continues to refuse to give it to us for the price confirmed. This is against CPA Law, and unacceptable. We are regular shoppers in this store! Not only was it embarrassing but it was not the way to address the issue, when they are at fault. I want this product for R9.99 as was told to me!!!
