I want to greatly commend Max at FT, Lynwood. We are from a small town and was not all that clued up (before we spoke to him).
Last year we went to the Lynwood branch, and Max helped us from helmets to socks, from gloves to jackets.
He is up to date with his advice, his opinions are trust worthy, his honesty in helping you as the client is admirable.
When my brother asked me where he must go to get his bike gear, I immediately said FT Lynwood, and we must only speak to Max.
He remembered me, my bike and the gear which I bought last year, and could assist my brother with this in mind.
I can assure the FT management that Max has secured us as costumers of FT (and Max) for as long as we have bikes.
