Inferior product, empty promises

I bought a box of Pampers on special at Game Fourways in August 2012. The nappies were so badly "made" that the lining would tear after 1 hour of my baby wearing it, causing the gel to spil out. I lodged a telephonic complaint on 20 August to Pampers and was told to post them the sample (at my cost) and email them - which I did.By 4 September I'd not heard a thing from them and had to waste more time on the phone to them. I finally got a response from them "apologizing" for the inconvenience and a promise from them to post me vouchers to compensate for financial losses.

I've given up looking for those invisible vouchers in my mailbox. I've switched to Huggies Gold and have told all my expecting friends not to use the overpriced rubbish from Pampers. You clearly don't care about your consumers.. After reading all the complaints about Pampers on Facebook and here on Hellopeter, I'm surprised you still manage to sell your trash to unsuspecting consumers out there. I'm certainly not holding my breath for you to contact me!!!
