Inconsiderate requirements

I bought goods from this branch on the 10th, everything was finalised, contract signed and sealed they only had to deliver. I sent my fiance to fetch the TV from the branch and the rest of the items were delivered the following day. They had sent the wrong remote control and when tuning the channels manually, there was no volume. We notified the branch about the remote and they said they will "look for it". A few days later i asked my fiance to take the TV back to the branch and notify them of the second issue we have identified. They should have the remote by then and should assist with tuning the TV. They still didn't have the remote and in fact they hadn't bothered to look for one. They requested time so that they can call the supplier and if that doesn't work out they'll buy us a universal one. It's been 2 weeks already and there was not feedback. I gave birth recently and i'm not allowed to drive. I forced myself to go to the branch yesterday and was told i'll have to collect all the required docs and re-apply for finance again. Which means driving around and going back to the branch.
