Not supplying what I've paid for -can't use the it

I've ordered a Turbo kit for my vehicle and the wrong manifold was supplied and no control unit, I'm just getting empty promises for the last 6 months... and now he is not even replying to my e-mails anymore. Don't trust him!!!
