Cold cappuccino

I purchased 3 cappuccino's's today, 1 x medium, 1 x tall, 1 x grande, the medium and grande with cream and the tall with foam. We requested that the tall and the grande cups should be made stronger as well.
It took more than 10 minutes to prepare the 3 take away cups, what came back was the medium with foam, the tall and grande with cream, not that was ordered.
The grande was filled 3 quarters. We were in a hurry and could not afford another ten to fifteen minute waiting time.
Needless to say, the coffee was not hot, and the stronger cups was not strong as requested.

Please send the barrister to the Menlyn branch for training on how to make the perfect cappuccino that is on Woolworth's standard.

I would advise not to buy at Woodlands Woolworths until such time the barrister is trained properly if you love coffee.
