HEADLINE bad customer service
Went to Edgars on the 18 when i was leaving sow nice flops that i have been struggling to get a size, wen i got to the counter the cashiers ignored me and one told them to assist me but they refused when he was done with the customer he assisted me which was after 15 minutes standing without any assistance he told them a customer is nor supposed to wait in queue for long but he was ignored, i requested for manager who never bothered to come and hear my complain when i was leaving they called me that the manager was calling me. disappointed at the cashiers and manager at Jet
