Hi, I purchased eye drops from the clicks Meerensee Richards Bay, as I was alone I thought that this is what he would want so I purchased it my husband was not impressed with the price of the eye drops and told me to return it, within the hour I returned to clicks with the original sealed package but they refused to refund me and told me that it was against the law for them to accept medicines already purchased not matter how much time had passed after purchase. The eye drops i bought was R124, 00 and the eyedrops he used previously was R38, 99, my husband is a pensioner and cannot afford to pay this amount for eye drops. I feel i was taken advantage and misled in the way the deal was done as the assistant did not show me any other eye drops on the shelves i feel they should have been more informative with the products that they have available in there store and informed me how much more the price would be, it was three times more expensive for a smaller quantity in the bottle. I hope i was not intentonally misled with this purchase.
