I am so fed up with Woolworths, on a monthly basis, I call the call centre notifying them that I do not get statements via email, as per my request, with an intention to settle my account, I do not know how much I owe, yet I still pay. the last lady I spoke to, told me that it showed on the system that I requested e*statements, but the person prior to her, had not activated it. Now, either Woolworths has a bunch of incompetent people dealing with customer queries or complaints, or there really is a serious system problem, which I should me notified about. Im FED UP!!!
