Word on the street is that Smart Shopper is one of the most sophisticated loyalty programs around and gives you offers based on shopping behaviour. Well today I received in the post coupons to earn extra points for Kellogg's mini bars, yoghurt and frozen meals! All 3 of which are products I don't buy, hence am unlikely to ever buy, I fact I won't because I don't buy Kellogg's products, prefer cooking from scratch and am allergic to yoghurt. Really, where is the value when one receives offers like this?
