On the 22 Feb 13 i bought a pie from PNP then when i tasted it something was off, i gave 3 of my collegue's the pie and they tasted it and had confirmed that the pie was old, i went to PNP and told the lady at customer service and she did not even bother to look up at the me just told me to go get another pie, i mean i was given an old pie, had some of my collegues tatste the pie of bloomes sake we could have all had food poisioning and she sis not even have the grace to apologise for the old pie given, i was really taken aback as this is PNP where one of their slogans is Freshness and i was given a produst that was old and to top it all with BAD service - my suggestion is to have people that have empathy skills man the customer service at Claremont PNP
