I would just like to compliment [URL Removed] on their great service. When I originally placed my order for two books, I was a bit wary because most online shopping experiences for me tend to be bad and never delivered on time. Not only was my books delivered on time, but I could also efficiently track the order online and a representative phoned in order to confirm delivery. I think this is great customer service and your competitor's could learn a thing or two!
