I can't believe that this company cares so little about their reputation, despite me lodging a couple of complaints last week, they still failed me. All I've received is petty calls from their incompetent call centre agents, and empty promises. I actually don't want to talk to them, all I want is my bed. I'm tired of this nonsense.
