Beg and plead for a refund!!

I returned a blouse and was told they dont do refunds in store and was given the no of Malcolm who would do a refund. After weeks of trying to phone, email etc I got a form to fill in and then waited another couple of months. I was notified a couple of days ago that it was paid in by a lady who laughed when I told her what I thought of the sevice!! Never experienced such disgusting service from people who couldnt care less! Will never go there again and will tell anybody who cares to listen to do the same
