I have been waiting for someone to exchange my dinning room chairs for the last month. Every time some one from Furniture City phones me, there is a problem with something or other. I am also waiting for my account to be fixed. I refuse to pay for something that i don"t have.
I have spoken to the following people and still no joy: Kurushne (customer Services) Will (Warehouse), Bradley (Branch manager Boksburg) I would like the CEO of Ellerines Holdings Toni Fourie to contact me in the hope that something will be done.
