I bought a LG fridge on Thursday & I was told that theres 1 in the store & that delivery will be done the following day. Friday there was no delievery, Saturday nothing, Sunday I called bcz Curwin didnt have tym to call me of this.
When I called, I spoke to Liziwe ""... She had a attitude telling me that I ddnt buy the fridge from her, I mean "duh" I bought it from GAME let alone who helped me. After minutes of argument I asked for the boss in charge who took my number down & promised to call me back, TILL NOW" instead LIziwe called & she was a bit nicey this time around.
I called this morning asking for Curwin who helpd me on Thursday & he told me, "sorry sir but I said that theres stock in the wearhouse and not instore" when he told me the opposite and Liziwe also confirmed yesterday that theres 2 (1 display and 1 somewhere in the store) but the funny part is that he said it will be delivered tomorrow. He told me that he had requested the fridge from the wearhouse & someone there had given away to someone... I mean what is that.
I was told that I will get the fridge after 5 March 2013.
