Once upon a time after buying a coke it would be flat, i even took it back and got a replacement from where i bought it, but since the CO2 shortage a few years back it has become apparent that there is not enough gas in the products or they are pulling a move and on my Facebook page that lots of people notice it -a Pepsi product has more or sustained gas in a 2 day opened 2lt half full product than Coke after opening it, the coke bubbles up like crazy but when you put it to your lips it is almost flat the CO2 escapes in the pouring and all you are left with is flat which anyone will tell you tastes especially if with Rum or Brandy -Pepsi products do not do this and is strong right down to the last drop the next morning, not all Coke is like this but at about 50% that is 49, 999 % too much, i personally feel that after the shortage someone realized that they can save a lot of money by putting less gas into the product but i for one am buying more Pepsi products because they are cheaper and most of all i love a Brandy and Coke not a Brandy and flat Coke
