2019 I purchased an order with homechoice so 3 months past due to personal reasons I couldn't afford the monthly payments, so they handed me to a debit collector with an amount of 9911.74, so they started deduct on my bank in which I fully paid on my last month May, I thought I was done with this so this month September I am receiving another call from another debit collector that I owe homechoice a bill of 4000 in which I don't understand how can I get someone to make a clarification please if this is how homechoice works
