I am writing today after experiencing this for the 3rd time at this store. The ladies at the pay points must be the most miserable bunch I have every come across. It starts when you get to the front of the queue, you get a very dirty look as if to say "how dare you make me serve another customer". Then when you get to the till they don't greet you at all, if you greet them first, load enough, then they will give you a rude, soft Hallo and absolutely no eye contact. If you start talking to them because you want to ask a question they immediately start talking to their colleague at the next till or 3 tills down so that you are not able to communicate with them, cause asking them something might just mean that they will have to go beyond the call of duty. They drag their feet and just look absolutely miserable!! Is there a stronger word than miserable cause the word can't really describe How miserable these people look. So either Mr Price don't look after their staff, causing them to be so miserable or they are just plain rude in general.
