Bought my son jordan retro sneakers in december at eastgate so they a bit tight on him. Went to east rand mall now in january for an exchange but they refused to exchange them for me the sneaker is now out of the exchange period because i dont get time to go to east gate. They now lying in the box i dont want my money back just need an exchange. Its not my problem that east rand mall has no jordans i would have exchanged for something else. Im angry.
