Being of pensioner age we tend to shop on pensioner's discount days. This last week we left our pensioner's cards at home. But this was no problem as the cashier recognized us, called a leader who over-rode the systems to ensure we still received our discount.
All done with smiles, efficiency, no begrudging attitude or scowls etc. Now this is what we enjoy especially when one of this outlet's biggest competitors in the area, have staff who look as if they are dead tired (at any time of the day), and that serving you is a big favor.
Accolades to Richden's Spar and nothing to the competitors in the area!!!
