This product developed a fault in December, it took nearly a month to get a response from customer care to organise the return.
The item was finally collected by your couriers and delivered to the returns department on 15 January.
On 20 January I requested an update via email to the support email address, NO REPLY.
On 25 January I requested an update via email to the support email address, NO REPLY.
On 26/27th I finally called the call centre, spoke to a gentleman who tried his best to help, said he would put through a refund request... NO FURTHER FOLLOW UP SINCE.
Today, 4 February I am sending another email requesting an update, I bet there will be no reply... prove me wrong.
Kalahari doing their best to uphold the pathetic customer service we are forced to accept.
