This is the second time I am complaining about Woolworths. After declining my temporary card and sending me miles to another store & publicly humiliating me, get a phone call from 'Head Office' with a mere apology, when I told the lady 'Nomsa' that an apology was not sufficient, I was told 'oh ok thanks' and the call ended! A store cannot pubicly humiliate someone and just phone and apologise! This is disgusting. You can't do something to someone and expect an apology to be sufficient! I am taking this far, newspapers, Carte Blanche, lawyers etc. This is ridiculous!
