I order from Yuppie Chef about once a month, if not more. I use them for to stock my home and for unique gift ideas. Their range is fantastic and even better - they actually have stock of the items. Their website works, there are no random bugs and what you buy, you get within a few short days. I cannot think of a single instance where the have let me down in the past couple of years and I love the personal touches, like a card or a few fridge magnets to make each package like a present in itself.
