I ordered a dining suite from SHF, but was cautioned when reading a horror story BLOG on the internet about this company. BUT I LOVED THE SUITE and bought it. The table started buckling badly and after only 5 months. I took it back (70kms and a "big mission on a bakkie" - "BMOAB") and asked them to repair it. Well, I collected it (BMOAB) with a plate roughly to the offending plank underneath, and no correction to the problem. The table now looked like Uncle Andy's back yard job, with a price tag of R12 000!!! So, I said "Nay" and was told they would organise another table after a long argument. My partner went and took photo's to show me the new option. I agreed to the swap. Took back the table (BMOAB) and loaded the covered swap table. BUT, the table in the pics had been exchanged for one so old it was rusted and in the most appalling shape. My driver brought it home and I LOST IT! Zayne Symons arrogantly yelled at me - AGAIN. He demanded the table was the identical one in pics. Again we went back (BMOAB) to prove the pic was different and he finally had to fess up. We got our REAL replacement table begrudgingly. Awful experience. Try Homewood or Weylandts.
