We bought a ERC paintball marker from PBO in DEC 2013 and it is faulty. We took it back and they said it is the battery. We said we dont think it is the battery. They installed a new BATTERY AND HAD A VERY RUDE ATTITUDE and say they know what they do. The ERC is still faulty and we took it back yet again, asking a refund. They said it is a old second hand ERC. When producing the slip and told them the ERC is less than a month old they said they will not help us and we must leave their shop. NO HELP FROM PBO And this was not the first time.
