I am utterly disgusted with Mac Cosmetics, I was informed that the NW10 of the Studio fx was out of stock and that it is only coming at the end of January. What upsets me is that I had to cancel my entire order just because of this one item being out of stock. That's almost a R1000 in total I WOULD HAVE spent. Are you mad?! The website showed IN STOCK. The manager did not even care, and it is no surprise to see that on Hello [URL Removed] they don't even reply to their customers. This is ridiculous, how on earth do you do business?! Such sucky service and people too!! Pity such a WELL KNOWN cosmetic company can be SO useless. I am going to make everyone know about this.
