GOING THE EXTRA MILE SERVICE

I went to Woolworths to buy something I asked Duma about wrapping of the gifts he explained to me that the service is done on certain occasions EG Christmas time I then asked him to show me the wrapper He then took me there as we were approaching I saw the wrappers and thanked him I made my way to payments when I was done I saw that the price on the slip differed with the price on the items I have bought while waiting for the lady who did my transaction Duma came that side and saw that I was waiting for something he enquired I told him He then took me to the refund department in the store despite that it wasn't that much off money but he took the initiative to help out. Thank you we need people who go an extra mile which shows Team work my wish is to see him working in woollies' client liaison department or managerial position if he not there already for growth these will be good for him cause its something that he does without hesitation Thanks.
