A staff member from a Midas branch in the Durban/surrounding area (not going to be too specific for now) )was dismissed after 2 days of work and the reason he was given was that the bosses son was returning to Durban and will be working at this particular branch so there is no longer place for the staff member.
I just like to know if nepotism is a common practise in Midas???
Seems like people should be made aware of this.
There are people out there who need the jobs they have, not to mention earned them and were not giving the position because they are daddy's little boy
