Sent e-mail Wrong labels, sell by date expired

I questioned the 'sell by' dates... answer trouble with machines
2 pies were marked 'Kudu' but was 'Chicken'
Cashier was irretated by my questions
Emailed a photo of pie with the label and complained about the bad service etc. NO RESPONS
