I have lodged a complaint in the past against a delivery from Takealot - so though it may seem strange coming from me - I am objective and appreciate good service.
Despite the past experience I decided to use Takealots service again for an online purchase.
Service, feedback and delivery for both the initial purchase and for the item exchange when one of the items did not fit - were exceptional, so thanks Takealot!
