Ound about 14:35 on the 03rd of Jan 2014 i was in king william's town for an exchange of a pair of shoes to another size, the size was finished and i ask the guy who was there in the tills that do you guys have a gift card, the guy answered me and said this is not edgars or woolworths here the easy thing you can do is to take your things and go out of this shop, and i started to tell him that is not the way of treating customers and secondly i ask him for a name tag he said it doesnt matter, the other customers were looking at us, so im the biggest customer of jumbo and im verry hurt for that what must i do? when i described that guy was wearing a red golf t shirt in the tills i thought it is a superviser because most of the stuff were calling him if there is any problem!
